Attached below is a letter we received from a Sullivan County employee, following our Memorial Tribute on September 11, 2002. To: John at threebagpipers.com Date: Sat, 14 Sep 2002 We cannot thank you all enough. Your pipers' performance enabled our staff to focus their thoughts and feelings surrounding the first anniversary of 9/11. Our Liberty campus houses over 500 employees from Public Works, Social Services, Public Health Nursing, Youth Bureau, Community Services Mental Health and Child Care all working in the human services fields and struggling daily to help others. The Three Bagpipers (plus drummer) were instrumental in helping us deal with our own feelings and to pay a proper tribute. Following your reverential performance, there was an unexpected but noticeable increase in the feelings of closeness and pride among our staff. You made the difference. Thanks again. P.S.
